Abstract
A review of recent developments in the use of tooth-colored materials for restoration of cervical lesions is presented. White glass-iononter cement restorations in this area currently offer the best prognosis, an improved prognosis for composite resin restorations may result from improved dentinal adhesives and through use of glass-ionomer cement bases or liners.
