Abstract

Congenital megacalyces is an entity in which more than 12 calyces (polycalyces) are present in a kidney. The authors present a case of congenital megacalyces that has a typical 'Bunch of Grapes' appearance on radionuclide renal imaging. In addition, the patient had an ipsilateral congenital partial uretero-pelvic junction obstruction and congenital absence of the opposite kidney.
