Abstract

Intraocular tumors can cause elevated IOP through both open-angle and angle-closure mechanisms. It is important to consider intraocular tumors in the differential diagnosis of a patient with unilateral glaucoma. In general, the prognosis for intraocular tumor is worse when associated with secondary glaucoma.
