Abstract

The problem of elastic proton-deuteron scattering at medium energies is examined within the framework of light-front Hamiltonian particle dynamics. Deuteron wave functions and off-shell nucleon-nucleon scattering amplitudes from models which fit NN data are used as input. The contributions to cross section and spin observables from single and double scattering are calculated.
