Abstract

A 1-month old infant girl was noted to have a right-sided aortic arch on chest x-ray. Nuclear perfusion examination showed markedly decreased flow to the left lung. Given the presence of pulmonary vasculature on the chest film, occult pulmonary artery was suspected and confirmed by angiography.
