Abstract

A convenient synthesis of 2,5-bisarylfurans, 2,5-bisbenzylfurans and 2,5-bisbenzoylfurans employing 2,5-bis(tri-n-butylstannyl)furan and palladium catalyzed cross-coupling reactions is described.
