Abstract
Clinical and histologic characteristics of superficial migratory thrombophlebitis are demonstrated in this report of a thirty-five-year-old man who showed recurring tender linear erythematous lesions of the lower extremities. The importance of investigating patients with this condition for evidence of associated diseases, particularly malignancy, is emphasized.
