Abstract

This empirical study surveyed homeowners on various demographic and attitudinal dimensionsfor the purpose of profiling property and casualty insurance customers. The results of a discriminant analysis identified variables which are important with respect to client retention, a factor that is critical for the long-term economic health of an insurance agency.
