Abstract
Eighteen patients developed abnormally low serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase values during metronidazole absorbs at 340 nm, simulating reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, which is the final colorimetric product of the serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase assay.
