Abstract

This communication represents an analysis of 43 consecutive facio orbito cranial injuries by missiles which are subdivided into facio orbito frontal and facio orbito temporal wounds. Diagnosis, management and surgical technique are reported. Commonly incurred complications and measures for their prevention are discussed. A long term follow up is included.
