Gonadoblastoma in a true hermaphrodite with A 46, XX karyotype

Abstract

Gonadoblastomas arise in dysgenetic gonads of individuals possessing a Y chromosome in their karyotype. This is the first report of a gonadoblastoma occurring in a 46, XX true hermaphrodite.
