Lasers in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery

Abstract

Laser technology can be used to perform various procedures in aesthetic and reconstructive (A&R) surgery. The limiting factor is the chromophore as it specifically corresponds to the wavelength of the laser. This and other aspects of using various laser types in A&R surgery will be discussed.
