Abstract

The following are a selection of challenging cases which can be faced by surgeons performing shoulder arthroplasty and reconstruction. They have been presented to a panel of expert shoulder surgeons to extract the thought processe and surgical work up and operative approaches these experts employ when faced with such complex cases. The goal of this panel is to provide a variety of pathologic states and a systematic process for dealing with each one.
